As we embrace the arrival of October, we find ourselves stepping into one of our favourite months of the year. This time of year brings with it a smashing combination of cosy nights spent indoors, the fresh chill of crisp mornings, and a full calendar brimming with brilliant events across Glasgow and Ayrshire.
Our schedule is not just packed; it is overflowing with exciting events and our dedicated team is working (voluntarily) to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the month.
We are thrilled to share that alongside our regular lineup of events, we are also gearing up for our much-anticipated Halloweek. This spooky week will feature a variety of themed activities including the Glasglow Zombie Zoo 🧟, where you can immerse yourself in a fantastical world of the undead, Gothic Glam Cocktails 🍹 that will tantalise your taste buds with a chance to dress up with mysterious allure, and our Spooky Sparkly Brunch 👻, a delightful gathering that promises to be both festive and fun. We still have spaces available for all these events, so don’t miss out on the chance to join in on the excitement! Our Spooky Book Group is fully booked out.
As we look ahead to the festive season, we want to remind everyone that there are still some places available for our Ayrshire Christmas Meal. This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the festive spirit with good food and great company. However, at this moment in time, we regret to inform you that there will be no Glasgow Christmas Dinner this year. This decision comes after the challenges we faced in organising the event over the past two years. While the venue has been absolutely fantastic and supportive, the difficulties arose primarily from the time taken chasing up payments and managing food pre-orders, which proved to be quite a challenge. We appreciate your understanding and hope to bring back the Glasgow Christmas Dinner in the future when circumstances allow.
